After using her property as a rental for some time, this homeowner was ready to take up residency in her Kohimarama home. The property had been well-maintained over the years but, while the kitchen’s layout was functioning well, the space was in need of a cosmetic update. Renovation Consultants John and Maree de Latour offered professional guidance to select the best materials for the project and provided expert advice throughout the renovation. Refacing the cabinetry with cost-effective Melteca gave the kitchen a fresh look without breaking the bank. The new gunmetal grey sink and cabinetry handles add a touch of contemporary to the classic design. This project is brought to you by Renovation Consultants John and Maree de Latour from Refresh Renovations. Suppliers: Kitchen mixer by Robertson Bathware. Disclaimers: All Refresh Renovations franchises are independently owned and operated. The project costs are reflective of the costs at that time and are subject to change.

“I was given a fresh look at our home through the eyes of a Refresh consultant. She not only gave me her recommendations for immediate ways to take the house forward now, cost effectively, she also suggested a modification for the bathroom upstairs, should I get less mobile. Her visit has made us feel enthusiastic to get on and put her recommendations into effect soon. We have already written to seek quotes from recommended providers.”
