This spectacular home in the heart of Matapouri on the Tutukaka Coast is a statement build sure to impress. With a well thought through floor plan taking guests on a journey from the front entryway, into an open indoor-outdoor living and entertainment area, making it perfect for holiday living. The outdoor entertainment area features a statement fireplace with an uncovered area to create a tropical oasis with a delightful connection to nature.
Cedar is the ruler of the exterior detail and also flows indoors to the open plan living designed with home entertaining, connectivity and practicality in mind. Using a range of materials throughout the build makes this home unique and with a signature RHJ touch. The mix of cedar and polished concrete flooring harmoniously balances the design of this Matapouri build, and harnesses the elements for a cool, inviting and considered summer home.
