User-centric wayfinding suite for the National Disability Insurance Agency's new headquarters in Geelong, designed to accommodate all abilities through integrated digital and static signage solutions.

A wayfinding suite for the NDIA’s new headquarters required a focus on the needs of every user – something Diadem does on every project.

Diadem’s integrated services model led this project from the wayfinding strategy through design development and construction supervision.

The National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA) and the Department of Human Services (DHS) are Australian Federal Government bodies working with the community to deliver outstanding disability support services.

NDIA engaged Diadem to deliver a user-centric and legible wayfinding solution at its new headquarters in Geelong that would welcome and accommodate users of all abilities.

The result is a simple yet effective wayfinding suite – covering both digital and static signage – that guides staff and visitors through the nine-level building.

Professional Reviews

1 / 5

“Diadem staff work with a can do attitude, and what I have especially appreciated is their willingness to provide practical advice, work out solutions and work within the University structure and timetable to achieve timely goals and ensure that the ACU brand is professionally and systematically applied across all campuses. Working with Diadem has been a pleasure, the relationship is built on trust and open communication.”

Jane Caton, National Infrastructure Manager, Australian Catholic University.
