Oxford

Set within one of Auckland’s most cherished heritage suburbs, the Oxford project is a refined residential design that carefully balances Devonport’s traditional architectural character with the demands of contemporary family living. The house adopts familiar forms, proportions, and a restrained material palette to sit comfortably among its historic neighbours, while modern planning introduces generous, light filled living spaces that connect strongly to outdoor areas and the coastal environment. Extensive glazing brings sun and views deep into the interior, supporting openplan living, multiple communal spaces, and easy flow to gardens and terraces. High quality interior finishes, including natural stone and timber, add warmth and a sense of understated luxury, creating a home that is both respectful of its context and confidently modern in its lifestyle aspirations.
