Petit Jervois

Located in the tranquil enclave of District 10, Petit Jervois is a boutique luxury residential development that epitomizes RT+Q Architects’ mastery of geometric purity and material contrast. The architecture embraces an "industrial chic" aesthetic, seamlessly blending raw off-form concrete with sleek black steel frames and refined brass accents. The project is conceived as two primary volumes flanking a central courtyard and swimming pool, a layout that ensures optimal cross-ventilation and a constant dialogue with the surrounding greenery. Every detail, from the tactile materiality of the facade to the meticulously crafted interior hardware, reflects a commitment to architectural honesty and structural elegance. Petit Jervois stands as a serene urban sanctuary, where the ruggedness of industrial forms meets the sophisticated intimacy of modern tropical living.
