Located in the heart of Sydney, QBE's office required a large social space that would function as an experience for both QBE employees and QBE customers alike. Group GSA took on the challenge to deliver a multipurpose design that reflected the sophistication and professionalism of the QBE brand, whilst also providing a warm and inviting atmosphere.
Selected to set foundation of the design, Havwoods' FSC® certified (C09500) HW2214 Clermont timber flooring from the PurePlank range, is laid throughout the space. Clermont delivers on both durability and practicality, as well as providing a natural warmth with its blonde-brown tones coupled with the natural characteristics and textures of genuine timber.
"Clermont is a durable product with a warm and interesting finish. It is a real timber which was important for the integrity of the space and the wear layer offered solutions for long term maintenance for our client."

Havwoods Clermont timber flooring elevates the space and keeps in line with the sophistication of the QBE brand. The beautiful brushed and matt lacquered finish delivers the durability and low maintenance required for a commercial high-traffic space.
"Havwoods provided ample information regarding suitability of the product, maintenance guides and installation information. We were able to integrate this information seamlessly into our specifications for the contractors. The product looks amazing and is robust and well made flooring."
