Red Stag Reception

Website

Building on the architects expansive form, which included 7m high ceilings, and featuring the very products it creates, the new Red Stag reception area lent itself to the use of wood and a colour palette of natural materials.

A modern and light space, designed with led lighting to accentuate the deep colours of the timbers used, this reception makes notice the various ways timber can be used.

A feature back-lit logo was placed front and center on a glulam wall. Not forgetting the sites rich history, a retired saw blade now finds its new  home on display in the space.

The large wall areas also offer a canvas for messages, mill photographs and milestones which will continue to refresh and update as years progress.
