A hillside build featuring 3 levels at the back whilst seemingly only one from the road side. Designed by our in house designer this was an earthquake rebuild featuring extensive retaining walls and supporting structures. Clad mostly in cedar weatherboards and lower areas clad in a plaster finish. Balconies and balustrades feature extensively to take advantage of the hillside views and north facing section. Some betterment was included to allow the owner to take the opportunity to add to the house and its features. The entry way features a dominant red entry door and expertly laid jarrah timber flooring.
