Executive 3 Bedroom home designed to maximize sun and lake views, featuring a modern box form that adheres to planning restrictions, with an outdoor lounge, kitchen, gas fireplace, and automated sun blind.
Located amongst the reeds of the Hamilton Lake, this executive 3 Bedroom home has been designed to maximize sun ingress and the many views the lake has to offer.
Due to Planning restrictions, the building envelope had to be thoughtfully designed with height and width restrictions in mind. A modern box form with shallow roofline lends itself to these restrictions and the lay of the land. Via an exterior pocket slider, the living area fully opens up to engage with an outdoor lounge complete with Kitchen, gas fire place and automated sun blind.
