We worked closely with our clients to deliver a Hamptons style design aesthetic right by the beach. The property offers sensational water views and state of the art features designed to make the most of the site. including an in-ground heated pool, multiple covered outdoor areas, a courtyard with retractable louvres, three car garaging with gym/workshop with secure off-street parking.
A large designer kitchen with eastern covered outdoor dining, an internal dining area and butlers pantry links through to laundry and sand/coat room providing great flow for utilities, access and easy living.
A generous formal lounge or media room with double-sided fireplace provides fantastic views of the beach whilst also connecting both outdoor entertaining areas.
