Sowerby has been designed with the requirement to maximise views from every space, shelter from the prevailing winds and protect from overheating.
With a nod to the mid century. Expansive eave overhangs and a clean vertical rhythm draw this elongated form across the narrow site, taking in sea views over Pegasus bay, towards Kaikoura and connecting to the Alps.
