Situated in the coastal suburb of Stanmore Bay on the Whangaparoa Peninsula, this clifftop home enjoys views out to the Hauraki Gulf and up the coastline to Orewa and beyond.
The brief was for a modern home which would make the most of the coastal views with a requirement for a sea or pool view from each bedroom.
Split into two wings one for guests with garaging and laundry below, the other for the home owner.
The owners wing is spread over two levels to maintain private/public spaces. At ground level you have an open plan kitchen/dining/living all with direct access to outdoor entertaining and pool areas. The first floor houses the master bedroom and a spare bedroom/office. All with their own ensuites and coastal views.
