SUNDIAL HOUSE by Nadine K Design has been exclusively designed as a concept house for the new land release at The Peninsula - The Waterfront Shell Cove.

Teaming up with Frasers I have designed this coastal home to suit a corner lot of land in the newly released Precinct H.

Sundial House has been designed to worship the sun, multiple living areas are spread throughout the home, each space designed to receive the sun and shade at different times of the day, The shadows cast allows the owner to feel the seasons’ change from winter, spring, summer and autumn.

The large expanse of glass wraps around the sundial shaped courtyard, filtering the sun rays; just one of the many features of this spectacular home.
