The demolition of existing public toilets and the construction of new to match the library.
By far the most lavish lavatory Lobell has built the exterior of this public building included precast panels and relief pattern protected with Graffitishield to match the public library, stained JSC VertiClad Weatherboards (random widths) and even PDL external mini-feature lights on daylight sensors.


On top consists of Dimond Veedek long run and Sika Sarnifil membrane roofing accompanied ColorSteel guttering with leaf guard and stainless-steel rainwater head and downpipes. This toilet even has its own 400L underground stormwater storage tank.
Entranceways have a real wow factor complete with security steel gates, Metro Green Frameless Glass System canopies and oxide light brown concrete paths with Aco threaded threshold strip drains.

Inside is finished with Villaboard wall linings, Tarkett granit Safe T vinyl, a Custom GRC integrated sink by Seddons GRC Innovations, Dyson Airblade hand dryers, extract systems hooked to roof cowl and a baby change table.
