A true blend of history, sustainability, and style. Originally built in the 1920s, our clients were passionate about preserving its Tuscan charm while incorporating recycled and reclaimed materials.
This renovation was all about opening up the rear of the home to maximize views and enhance the kitchen and dining area—all without increasing the footprint. By relocating the main bathroom to a former study, we improved flow while preserving the home’s unique multi-level design.
With its blend of Tuscan charm and villa-inspired design, this home retains its distinctive character, shaped by decades of architectural evolution and thoughtful additions.
