On the surface this warehouse development is like any other however there were a number of complications that Gibson O’Connor had to overcome including 4m high temporary retaining to an existing operational driveway for the neighbouring warehouse and coordination of 1,500m2 of polystyrene fill under the warehouse floor around heavy construction traffic.
