Crafted on a petite yet carefully utilised site, this two story townhouse was designed to cater to a diverse range of potential owners. A large open plan second story allowed for multiple uses as a second living area, games room or additional bedroom with office space. The design was future proofed with plumbing provisions installed should the owners want to add an additional ensuite creating a large mastersuite.
