This subject of this Westmere renovation project was a somewhat unattractive and poorly planned bungalow. The small porch was removed and our interpretation of the full width veranda added. A sunken garage has been added (with pebble garden over), along with a master bedroom suite, additional bedroom to the rear and a pool.
