This device supplies water up to 50 ° C. The installation of the point of use overcomes long supply lines and losses of the line. There are also no common losses in water and energy resulting from manual adjustment of temperature. The DEM electronic is therefore ideally suited for washbasins where a constant temperature of the outlet is preferred.

The appliance is designed for undersink applications and hardwired to the 230 V mains.
