This renovation project took 12 months to complete but the transformation of this mid-century built home was incredible. Sitting on the waters edge the house never had any outdoor flow to the beautiful views, so the brief was all about creating larger living spaces and connectivity with the outdoor living as well as new pool areas.

This project took the mid-century features and expanded on them to transform it into a current executive family home, great use of interior design features with as much attention given to both the inside and outside finishes.

Our goal as the builder was from the out to give the client a hands-on service as they were overseas for a large part of the project. Upon returning to New Zealand the client was extremely happy with the transformation.
