These Karori homeowners called Refresh Renovations to get their bungalow revitalised for its debut as a rental property. Working with local Renovation Partner Lia Boersma, they undertook an extensive renovation that gave their 1950s bungalow a fresh look.

Style statements of teal tiling and exposed timber are featured in both the kitchen and bathroom, creating a cohesive design. Meanwhile, crisp white walls and new flooring have freshened up all main living areas. The renovation has ultimately transformed the dated interiors with a unique design fit for modern living.
