We designed the home for the developer of the Blue Moon Rise subdivision. 67 lots of prime coastal real estate with the beach on your doorstep. Langs Beach is only a short drive from Waipu & Whangarei to the North and Mangawhai & Auckland to the South. The home acts as a showhome, to showcase the style of home that can be built within the Blue Moon Rise subdivision, in keeping with the covenants and consent notices on each Lot.
The generous double garage, entry and laundry downstairs help the home sit well on the sloping site. Upstairs is four bedrooms, two large bathrooms and a separate toilet, with ample living towards the East.
Expansive decking wraps around the home with glass balustrading to ensure maximum uninterrupted view lines. The style of the home is ‘modern bach’, the extensive use of ply lining inside making the home feel natural and roomy, whilst giving it plenty of modern character.
