Bunnings Trading Centre, Invercargil

CPMC have been forming a strong relationship over the past few years with Bunnings Trade both in the procurement of materials for previous projects and through introductions to mutual clients of CPMCs consultancy project management business. CPMC was also the first company to purchase and construct (on behalf of a client) one of Bunnings Clever Living homes in Auckland.
Through our relationship with Bunnings and their property team as well as their strong belief on CPMC’s capability to deliver the maximum outcome of the property development, CPMC was engaged to design, manage, and complete the construction of the trade centre in Invercargill.
The $7 million trade centre generated upwards of 80 jobs during delivery. The centre will also provide a valuable resource for the local community representing a significant investment and is expected to create about 20 new team member jobs.
Spanning about 4,000 square metres, the trade centre features an enclosed trade drive-through and has more than 20 onsite car parks.
