Commercial restaurant fit-out of Pure South Dining, featuring a second level with formal dining and stunning city skyline views, complemented by an open plan first floor that enhances the promenade experience.
Pure South Dining, situated on the river promenade of Southbank in Melbourne, was extended by Hedger Constructions with a second level. The fit-out involved demolition of both floors and development of an open plan first floor to integrate the promenade experience. The second floor provides a formal dining experience incorporating the city skyline views, whilst maintaining intimacy.
The outstanding quality of this project was recognised with an MBAV Excellence in Commercial Fit-Out Award.
