Estia Health Maroochydore is focused on creating a strong sense of home, connection to community and integration with the local vernacular and sub-tropical climate.
From the lobby, a ‘main street’ with both public and resident amenities form a natural and welcoming entrance. The domestic scale is key, with multiple dining and lounge rooms providing a variety of intimate gathering spaces. Likewise, lushly planted courtyards furnished for lounging or dining are dotted throughout the building to capitalise on shifting sun and bring light, fresh air and garden views indoors.
