A private golf clubhouse and resort situated North of Kerikeri. Overlooking the picture perfect cliffs of Waiaua Bay and the Cavalli Islands the lodge captures New Zealand’s colonial past. The buildings feature the best New Zealand materials and fittings, some pre-used, some new.

Project Gallery

Designed in association with ADG Architects, Florida. TEAM Architects scope of involvement included design, detailing / documentation, consenting, construction, project management of site development and infrastructure.

The complex consists of the lodge, golf clubhouse and 19 duplex cottages, a health spa and 4 owners cottages, set amongst native bush undertaken under two stages.
