M22 is an impressive five-level contemporary office building designed to maximize its prominent location opposite the picturesque Hagley Park in Christchurch.
The first four levels provide an open plan office space designed with flexibility to accommodate tenant requirements. The fifth level is a well-appointed private apartment with outstanding views. The building was formally opened in 2007 by Rt Hon John Key, Prime Minister.
