Designed by Rogan Nash Architects, this Meadowbank renovation project makes the most of a small site by combining the existing house with a new open plan pavilion. This new corrugate clad extension sits alongside the existing house effectively doubling the size of this family home.
The combination of a high gable roof and extensive joinery designed to maximise light while ensuring privacy, means that the family are able to enjoy a sun soaked living area that flows naturally into their transformed outdoor living space, beautifully designed and installed by SGLA.
This design has transformed the way the house connects to the site and its surrounding environment, creating a natural flow from the living spaces to the outdoor courtyard and insitu concrete swimming pool. Seamlessly mixing the old with the new.
