A complete renovation of a tired 1980s Papakura home, transforming dated interiors and finishes into a fresh, functional family home.
This Papakura home was structurally sound but had become dated and run down, with tired finishes, an outdated kitchen and bathroom, worn flooring and interiors that no longer suited modern family living.
Alder Homes completed a comprehensive renovation throughout the home, including a new kitchen and bathroom, updated bedrooms and living spaces, new flooring, finishes and improvements to the outdoor living areas.
Existing features were also used thoughtfully within the new design, including stained timber wall panelling in the lounge, which adds warmth and character to the refreshed interior.
The result is a completely renewed family home that makes better use of the existing spaces while retaining some of the character of the original 1980s property.
