Macfie Architecture presents the Point Chevalier House, a stunning example of contemporary design and architectural excellence. Originally a humble 1920s bungalow, this project has been transformed into a super slick city fringe pad, thanks to a major renovation that preserved the existing bungalow and front features.
The addition of a new rear entertainment wing, comprised of a kitchen scullery, powder room, dining room, outdoor fire, and combined pool and spa, perfectly complements the original structure. A glass corridor seamlessly connects the old and new, creating a harmonious blend of traditional and modern elements. Built by Intact Construction in 2023, this project is a testament to our clients' impeccable taste and vision.
