From complex architectural homes on steep Wellington sites to high-performance new builds, substantial renovations and heritage properties, our team is experienced in translating ambitious design into carefully resolved, beautifully built homes. We work closely with architects, designers, clients and specialist trades throughout the construction process. Many of our strongest projects begin with early builder involvement, allowing us to contribute practical construction knowledge around buildability, materials, detailing, programme and budget while the design is still taking shape. Once construction begins, our Construction Manager, Site Foreman and wider team oversee each project through a clear programme of works, regular communication and close collaboration with the wider design team. Our approach is grounded in precision, problem-solving and respect for the architectural intent. The aim is not simply to construct what has been drawn, but to understand the design, resolve the details properly and deliver a finished home that reflects the quality of the original vision.
