This striking building was a major award winner at both Regional and National Awards 2010. An innovative and highly sustainable design for the mixed-use residential and commercial building was researched for 12 months to ensure total energy efficiency and performance of the design and materials. With features such as a trombe wall and full in-home automation, the design combined the latest innovations in sustainability and technology with no compromise on aesthetics.
