The development is a series of contemporary apartments built on a long and narrow site in Onehunga.
Espan® 470 In Colorsteel® Titania:
The upper floor is sheathed in Espan® 470 Colorsteel® Titania which flows over onto the roof creating a sense of continuous cover and gives the appearance of floating over the lower floor apartments, which are in vertical shiplap cladding and painted in a darker colour, to give a recessive appearance.
The solid grounded plinth combined with an elevated upper level, leaves the viewer with an appearance of an ambiguous building, that masks a number of apartments while creating a strong modern look and visual statement.
