Nestled in the prestigious Chatsworth Park, this residence is a masterful study in architectural integration by Eco.id Architects. The project consists of a beautifully preserved original colonial bungalow seamlessly connected to an extensive, contemporary addition. This dialogue between heritage and modernism is underpinned by a commitment to "Sustainable Luxury," where the house serves as a repository of memories and a site for familial generation.

The new wing is designed for optimal thermal comfort, featuring wide eaves, shutters, and screens that facilitate natural ventilation and passive cooling. A standout feature is the "floating" living and dining pavilion, which sits adjacent to a rooftop garden and a tranquil infinity pool. This transparent, light-filled volume dissolves the boundaries between the interior and the lush landscape. By balancing bold geometric lines with the historic charm of the original estate, Chatsworth Park House offers a serene, multi-generational sanctuary that celebrates longevity and the poetic beauty of space.

Key Design Features:

Heritage Integration: A seamless connection between a historic colonial house and a modern, sustainable addition.

Passive Cooling Strategies: Use of wide eaves, shutters, and natural cross-ventilation to reduce environmental impact.

Floating Pavilion: A dramatic living and dining area designed to appear as if floating, providing expansive views of the site.

Landscape Connectivity: Integration of rooftop gardens and water features that ground the architecture in its tropical setting.
