Grafton Bungalow, a once neglected character bungalow, has been resurrected from ruin and stands ready for a new chapter in 2023. Our esteemed client, an Auckland property developer with whom we have collaborated on similar projects in Grey Lynn, recognised its inherent potential and optimal positioning, entrusting us with the task of envisioning a transformative redesign.

This classic building style now boasts a reconfiguration that includes three spacious bedrooms, two bathrooms, and expansive open-plan living, kitchen, and dining areas that seamlessly flow into the courtyard. The kitchen has been expanded to accommodate a larder/scullery, while each bathroom exudes charm with character tile and heritage features. The exterior of the bungalow has undergone a remarkable upgrade, meticulously restoring heritage details and enhancing the surrounding landscaping.
