Our clients enlisted Maunga Designs to help reconfigure and modernise this 1970's Masonry Block home.

The project commenced in July 2020, with a complete re-roof in Corrugate Colorsteel. The interior was gutted and reconfigured to allow for a better flow. A small extension made way for the new open plan Kitchen, flowing through to the Dining and Living area's. The large sliding doors giving access to the outdoor area make for a great all year round entertaining space.

A new Master Bedroom suite includes a walk-in robe and ensuite. Two additional ground floor bedrooms share the main bathroom, with separate powder room for visitors. Upstairs is the fourth bedroom with it's own ensuite and walk-in robe. New double glazed aluminium joinery from NuLook Cambridge, replaced the existing throughout
