Interior renovations of a 1910 villa in Te Miro, featuring an enlarged dining/lounge area, a new Master Ensuite with high-end finishes, and bespoke cabinetry, all designed in collaboration with Interiors by Forma.
1910 circa Villa based in rural Te Miro, Cambridge. Internal alterations enlarging the formal dining / lounge area, new Master Ensuite and walk-in Robe, and interior finishes
The ensuite shower is fully tiled, using an Atlantis 1800x900mm tray. Three walls are fully tiled to the 2.9m ceiling, with full height glazed panels and hinged door on the interior. This ensures condensation is restricted to the shower area, and keeps the open wardrobe layout dry. A Hybrid heated towel rail is also situated inside the shower area
The vanity is comprised of an upcycled Singer Sewing Machine, with a new Caesarstone surface. Plumbing fixtures supplied by Franklin Bathrooms in Hamilton. Wardrobe cabinetry by Wackrows in Cambridge
David Trubridge lights by Coombes & Gabbie
