"It is a pleasure to write a testimonial for Madison Park Homes. The decision for us to have Madison Park Homes manage our project was a simple one. The professionalism, attention to detail, relaxed approachable and easy-going manner of everyone we dealt with helped us achieve our goal of building our dream home. This was our first experience of building a home in New Zealand. We have and would again highly recommend Madison Park Homes to anyone wishing to engage a quality builder. To manage a quality build requires a dedicated team with great communication skills, from the builder to the project manager to the sub-contractors the communication and build process was seamless and we were kept well informed and involved throughout the whole project. If building again in the future, we would definitely engage Madison Park Homes to complete the project for us as our experience has been positive and rewarding in many ways"
