Leaky House to Modern Home

About

We worked with DP Developments to turn this unhealthy, rotten, worm filled house that crumbled in your hands into a 1.5 Million dollar Auckland Home.

Working closely with the council, we removed the rotten areas, treated the existing timber, reframed, insulated and recladded the entire property. An extension was added and the interior remodelled.

Council gave the property the big tick and removed the leaky house badge, allowing the owners to sell the property as a Modern Home.
