This two-bedroom Pahurehure home had a dated 1970s interior that was ready for a complete refresh. Alder Homes renovated the home throughout, including a new kitchen, bathroom and laundry, along with updated flooring, finishes, bedrooms and living spaces. The renovation transformed the existing interior without changing what didn't need to be changed, creating a lighter, more contemporary and functional home within the original footprint.

“Alder Homes took on the task of remediating our home after several leaks meant all of the internal plumbing had to be replaced. They organised painters and plasters and other trades (we had a new garage door and showerdome fitted at the same time) and liaised with us through the whole process. I was undergoing medical treatment at the time and they made sure that the work was arranged to provide the minimum amount of intrusion possible. They were always available whenever anything cropped up and were never anything other than patient and kind. Fantastic people that made a very trying time so much better.”
