Contemporary two-level residence featuring three offset modules, designed for optimal views of the Harbour, with dedicated living areas on the ground floor and bedrooms above, complemented by versatile timber decks for outdoor enjoyment.

The form of the two level house consists of 3 off set modules capped with a pitched roof following the angle of the modules below. Living areas occupy the ground floor and the bedrooms occupy the First Floor. The house is orientated for the views to the south and the positioning of the rooms ensures that each living space and bedroom has a view down the Harbour. Timber decks to the south and to the north provide sheltered and sunny outdoor living areas that can be occupied at different times of the day as conditions change.
