Rakaia Apartments features a five-level design with three thoughtfully arranged apartments per floor, offering 1 and 2-bedroom options, each with a spacious semi-enclosed balcony and optimized natural light, enhancing views and living experience.
Rakaia Apartments is a five-level building and each level was designed with 3 apartments on each floor. The apartments range in size from 32m2 (1) bedroom apartments to 79m2 (2) bedroom apartments. The smaller apartments were purposely designed with a separate bedroom (as opposed to a ‘studio’), Each apartment has a large 16m2 semi-enclosed balcony positioned to obtain maximum sun. Each apartment is stepped slightly in a plan to enable views to Cranmer Square. Wrapping them around the vertical circulation core ensures each apartment receives natural light from at least 2 sides.
