Te Mania

The cleverly designed showhome sits proudly on a corner section as you are welcomed into the new development of Te Mania. A striking modern exterior with a combination of painted bricks, warm Abodo timber and dark JH Oblique sets the scene for the rest of the development.

The interiors are neutral and modern, with warm timber-look flooring from the entry to the open plan living-dining-kitchen. Two circular pendants hanging from the raking ceiling adorn the dining and living rooms, with a tone of Lemongrass paint on the feature battened wall linking the entrance to the dining space.
