Whitianga Elevate Barn.

This house started out as an Elevate show home so selecting the colours, fittings and finishes was a combined effort from the Turner Road Architecture and Elevate interior design teams and their loyal Facebook audience. The end result was a soft coastal themed interior and the exterior featured ashy tones of graphite stained cedar and flaxpod steel.

The proud new owners had been looking to purchase an Elevate pre-built home for some time so visiting the house in the yard fully completed and ready to go was hugely appealing. Featuring a roomy master bedroom with walk in wardrobe and ensuite, two extra good sized bedrooms, contemporary bathroom and kitchen with butler’s pantry and a separate laundry - this 130m2 house ticked all of their ‘ideal home’ boxes.They has this to say: "Our stunning new home was supplied by incredible professionals.
