Bin Tong Park House

Set within the prestigious Bin Tong Park enclave, this residence is a tour de force of modern tropical luxury, born from a high-profile collaboration between Singapore’s K2LD Architects and New York-based interior designer Sala Story. Featured in Architectural Digest, the home is a masterful composition of interlocking volumes and expansive glass, designed to harmonize with the lush, sloping terrain. K2LD’s architecture utilizes a sophisticated palette of natural stone and timber, creating a seamless transition between the monumental exterior and the refined, art-filled interiors curated by Sala Story. The design narrative focuses on "understated opulence," where bespoke textures and meticulously sourced furniture meet the airy, light-filled galleries of the home. From the dramatic infinity pool that mirrors the sky to the intimate courtyard sanctuaries, this project represents the pinnacle of international design collaboration, offering a serene retreat that is both a private family sanctuary and a world-class architectural statement.
