Our clients in Papatoetoe completed their kitchen renovation with us and then proceeded to get their bathroom and toilet renovated with us too. A lot of people are hesitant to commit to full renovations as it is usually their first time getting a renovation done. There are too many horror stories out there about builders who leave a renovation midway or blown up budgets.

Our company’s focus is on project manager for this very reason. We manage all the trades involved in a bathroom renovation such as electricians, plumbers, tilers, painters, plasterers, water proofers, demolition team, installers and suppliers. The only person you deal with is your project manager, making a bathroom renovation an easy process for your family.

Our clients have two young children and had only one en-suite between them. This was becoming very inconvenient for the family, so they decided to build another toilet with the space that they had. The design and materials used during this renovation were chosen keeping easy maintenance and convenience in mind.

In order to add more storage and convenience we added a ‘magic corner’’, custom made  storage trays within shelves and a pull out drawer system for the pantry.

One of the hurdles that we faced during the project was with the custom drawers in the pantry. Our junior installer took longer than we had anticipated which extended the project time slightly. However Bonnie who was the main project manager ensured that it was re-done according to our clients’ satisfaction.
