Contemporary commercial office fit-out for Milford Asset Management by Wingate Architects, featuring biophilic design elements and sustainable materials, completed in 2025.
Architecture firm Wingates recently completed a 2,030 sqm commercial office fit-out for Milford Asset Management, using a range of modulyss commercial carpet tiles throughout. Biophilic colours and textures draw inspiration from the flora and fauna of Milford Sounds, achieving a high-end look, with the mood of different spaces elevated using varied colours and designs from the modulyss collections. Sustainability was key to the design; cradle-to-cradle carpet choices were essential.
