Contemporary refurbishment of The Warehouse Group's Store Support Office in Auckland by Unispace, completed in 2024, enhancing collaboration and workplace wellness for over 700 team members through biophilic design and innovative flooring solutions.
The offices of The Warehouse Group (TWG) Store Support Office in Auckland were refurbished by Unispace in 2024 to better reflect the key values of the business, facilitate a hybrid work environment and support collaboration for more than 700 team members.
Core to workplace wellness and productivity is the transformative power of biophilic design. Introducing elements such as planting and organic motifs helps to achieve these goals. Given the impact flooring has on a space, especially for such a big project, the carpet selection was key to achieving the design concept.
Heritage Carpets supplied 6,400m² of DSGN Cloud carpet tiles for The Warehouse Group project, helping to develop carpet layouts for the large multi-function area, reflecting TWG branding through colour selection, an organic feel with the shifting pattern of the modulyss® design and meet both practical and Green Star (Rated 4) requirements through material choice.
