The award-winning JASMAX designed offices for Auckland law firm MinterEllisonRuddWatts creates a premium experience for clients and staff alike. Professionalism is reinforced with the timeless interior aesthetic, grounded in the use of stylish, quality carpets that form a neutral palette to showcase the firm's stunning art collection. 

For the dedicated client space on Level 22 and open-plan work zones on the 3 levels below that accommodate 245 staff, and the linking stairway between these floors, the design team chose modulyss Nxtgen, in a grey tile, which is a hard-wearing and classic neutral that sets the tone for elegance in the space.

The soft grey tones in the carpets chosen leant themselves perfectly to the sophistication of the colour palette and the elegant play between dark and light. 

Aside from aesthetics, a key component in the selection of fixtures was to attain Green Star ratings for the fit-out. PWC Tower is a 5 Star NZGBC Green Star development, a key component being the selection of eco-friendly carpets using regenerated and 100% recyclable nylon in modulyss carpet tiles.

Commercial warranties ensure the longevity of the installation.
