THE BRIEF: Create a space with a vibrancy to match the Trade Me brand.

THE SOLUTION: Custom carpet.

THE PROCESS: The design team at Jasmax were intent on using colourful carpet to create a bright, energizing lounge space in the new Auckland offices at Trade Me.

Heritage Carpets worked with the design team to come up with a solution that met the constraints of time and budget, whilst answering the brief for a bright, custom solution. The statement carpet needed to be both robust and answer the desire for an eco-friendly textile that could stand the rigours of a commercial application. 

For Trade Me, the end solution was to cut and lay carpet on-site, rather than supply a custom rug that would have added to lead time. The result is this statement carpet, which is a beautiful, vibrant feature in the space.
